CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS

You understand that the majority of all credit card transactions performed are between you and cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, travel gear, accessory manufacturers, and other travel suppliers ("Suppliers") not HRA. With the exception of specific agreed-upon travel planning fees and Suppliers as indicated in your proposal paperwork that perform transactions solely between the Company and the Supplier, HRA does not collect any funds from credit card transactions, therefore you agree to hold HRA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and franchisees harmless against any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise out of the credit card transaction. In the event that a supplier performs transactions solely between the Company and Supplier, you agree to abide by the cancellation terms and conditions of the Supplier and agree to hold HRA and its affiliates, subsidiaries, owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and franchisees harmless against any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgements, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees) that may arise out of the credit card transaction.

CANCELLATION

You fully understand and acknowledge that travel services can be interrupted or cancelled by your travel provider, a government entity, or another third party outside HRA's control for reasons unforeseeable at the time of booking. If travel plans are delayed, interrupted, or canceled for any reason, there will be no refunds issued by us. You understand and acknowledge that HRA has no control over your travel provider's policies, which in addition to applicable law, will solely govern any cancellation, rebooking, and refund related to the travel services. Information regarding your travel provider's cancellation policies can be found on the travel provider's invoice or statement provided to you, and may also be found online by visiting the travel provider's website directly. There will be no refunds due to fear of travel from actual or threatened terrorist events. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any third-party vendors/suppliers/providers. You understand and acknowledge that, if applicable, the travel insurance policy obtained by you to cover travel services will dictate any coverage for financial loss resulting from interruption or cancellation of the travel services.
